Officer training camp INTENSIVE LIVE!
An extreme adventure of fun and exciting dance and leadership training, Officer Training Camp Intensive LIVE! is designed to help teach your students how to lead your team through these challenging times and into a new "normal".
One Day
Join HTEDance for a one-day, intensive, fun and exciting day! We will start early and finish in time for dinner. But, even though it's one day, we promise it will be an experience your officers will not forget!
Add-On Day!
Now available! Add on an extra day of instruction and customization! Additional days of instruction and customization will incur additional costs of $25 per student. Contact us to let us know your needs!
Social Officers Activities Retreat
We didn't leave SOAR out of the crazy mix of Summer 2020! Bring your social officers to Officer Training Camp Intensive! They will enjoy three, one-hour leadership sessions too!

PER TEAM: $150 per dancer
PLEASE NOTE: Price is based on teams of 25 or more. If your team has less than 25 dancers, price will be determined. Contact us to work with you on pricing!
PER GROUP PRICING of $125 per dancer is based on THREE or more schools with 25 dancers per team. Invoice will be adjusted to $125 per student if THREE or more schools with 25 dancers per team attend camp as a group.

Complete the Online Registration Form. Follow the procedure as prompted, completing all blanks.
Custom Choreography
If you have selected Custom Choreography as part of your registration, please complete the Online Custom Choreography Worksheet.
Hotel Registration
If you are attending Officer Training Camp Intensive, hotel rooms will be available the night before the training as well as the night after the training. Hotel location will be announced soon. Please note that hotel rooms will incur additional fees. If you would like hotel rooms, please follow the instructions below:
- Contact Hotel to secure reservation.
- Complete the Online Room List and fax it to the hotel.
- Mail hotel payment to appropriate hotel.
Team Rosters & Medical Releases
- Team Roster: Please submit a Team Roster from your School Administration. You will be able to upload it during registration OR you may email it to Irene Amaro at irene@htedance.com. Training Camp materials will not be released until the roster is received.
- If attending an Officer Training Camp Intensive or a Private Camp, please have parents complete the Online Medical Release Form at the link below.
- Medical Releases will be checked against the team roster. You will be provided updates via email on which students have completed the release form.
The Rest!
- Review the Camp Cancellation Policy.
- Complete the Student Personal Information Form.
- If attending an Officer Training Camp Intensive, print out the Welcome Packet.
- Submit T-shirt Pre-Order forms. (COMING SOON!)
- If attending an Officer Training Camp Intensive or a Private Camp, Camper Care Catalog Online Orders should be placed online no later than a week prior to the start of camp.

HTEDance Academy
HTEDance Academy membership is EARNED at HTEDance Summer Camps. Members are judged by a panel of knowledgeable dance instructors. This year, though, is a little different!
If you are not attending an in-person Private Camp with HTEDance instructors or the OTC Intensive, you can still tryout for HTEDance Academy.
To tryout virtually for HTEDance and Kick Academy, please follow the steps below:
1) Watch both videos--Dance Combo and Kick Combo.
2) Decide if you will tryout for Dance Academy, Kick Academy or both!
3) Practice. Practice. Practice Again.
4) Video yourself performing the combo.
5) Email the video to jeffrey@htedance.com.
6) Include your name, school, grade and which academy you are trying out for in the email.
